The story
The car started out as a thought, and with the help of friends, has become something quite special. From a dealership listing in Japan I was able to have the car delivered — and that's when the fun began. First with the spoiler, then tint, wrap, and wheels. What's next?
Acquisition
This car was sitting at a dealership in Japan for a short time when I contacted Jeremy at Zap Auto Exports, LLC. Jeremy and associates were able to go and inspect it, close the deal, and ship it in under 30 days.
We've all heard the saying about 4 doors. Try having a family and a JDM side-chick [the car!]. 2 doors just isn't a great way to drop kids off at school. 'Tis for convenience.
Modifications
The Skyline arrived in the most well-preserved, pristine condition. The Origin Labo Carbon Wing (13.78″ tall × 62.99″ wide) shipped inside the car during delivery. Windows were tinted with Glass Tint film (35% sides, 15% rear). The Secret Gold wrap is from Tiny Bot Vinyl — stunning at all times of day and night. Glow all day and shine in the street lights.
